Privacy notice

WillysDave Benevolence Foundation processes personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect and why

Donors: name, email, optional phone and payment references, to process your gift, send receipts and keep statutory accounting records. Card details are handled by Flutterwave and never reach us.

People asking for help: contact details, location and a description of your situation, to assess and deliver support. Only assigned case officers can see these details. They are never published.

Volunteers: skills, state and availability, to match you to opportunities, plus logged hours.

Newsletter: your email, only with your consent. Unsubscribe any time.

How long we keep it

Donation records are kept for the period accounting law requires. Case documents are deleted 24 months after a case closes unless the law requires longer. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Your rights

You can download, correct or delete your data from My Hub → Profile. Deleting your account anonymises your donation records rather than removing them, because we must keep financial records. For anything else, email willysdavefound@gmail.com.
