Keeping people safe

Many of the people we serve are children, widows and young people in difficult circumstances. Every staff member and volunteer accepts this policy before they work with us.

• We never publish a child's full name, school, home location or fee details.
• Close-up photos of children are published only with a parent or guardian's recorded consent.
• Sponsors receive updates written by our team and never direct contact details.
• Support is always free. No staff member or volunteer may ask a beneficiary for money or favours.
• Personal records, including scholarship lists, are kept in staff-only systems.
